20th Anniversary Celebration
…was held Friday night, April 28, 2006
We are both well-seasoned and brand new…
both sure-footed and just finding our way…
both looking back on a rich and eventful history
and forward to things that have never been before.

Last April we celebrated both the 20th anniversary of the founding of Glass Lake Studio by Markus Alexander, along with our evolution into New York Expressive Arts. Music, laughter and memories marked the event, along with an informal talk from Markus about his ongoing work in the field of expressive arts in therapy, coaching and education. We honored where we are, where we have been and where we are going...and many of those who have been touched by the work of GLS/NYEA came out from all corners to attend. Below are more pictures from the evening!

Old friends and alumni came from near and far - Mardie Rossi from Rochester, Markus and Sharon Elder from Long Island.
